Position Title and Description:
Executive Administrative Assistant – Full Time
Provide administrative support at event planning company by providing administrative support for event logistics, conducting research, preparing administrative reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions, such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, coordinate and direct office services.
Position Requirements:
High School/GED or foreign educational equivalent with 12 months experience in job offered, or as Administrative Executive Aide, Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Administrative advisor, or closely related.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
Rate of Pay:
$39,210.00 per year
Duration of Job:
Full time permanent position.
